The Grounds is available for almost every type of event imaginable, large or small, indoors or outdoors. We host and plan numerous self-produced events, many benefiting non-profits in our area, along with managing and leasing our facility.
The Grounds is located in West Mobile at the intersection of Cody Road and Zeigler Boulevard. Our campus consists of 160 acres, with 96 acres being fully developed for use. We are currently exploring options and making plans to develop the recently acquired 60 acres. Future developments potentially include and are not limited to: an amphitheater, areas for field crop research through partnerships, agricultural research facilities, and extending our existing cross country courses. Over the last five years the organization has undergone more than $1,000,000 in interior and exterior renovations. We are continuing our renovations and improvements through our ten-year capital improvements plan.
The Grounds is completely fenced for privacy, and offers paved parking for 1,000 vehicles and total parking for up to 5,000 vehicles. A covered drive allows protected loading and unloading of passengers to the Hocklander Hall and Grand Ballroom.
