Online sign-up for Mobile's Largest Yard Sale has ended. 

You can still purchase space by stopping by our office starting today until 4 PM and tomorrow from 9:30 AM to 2 PM.

Tables, chairs, and tents will not be provided. This event cannot and will not be moved indoors. This is a rain or shine event. We will not allow the sale of animals, weapons of any kind, or anything deemed illegal by law. Our parking lot does not have electric or water hook-ups, so please plan accordingly.

THIS IS A NON REFUNDABLE EVENT. Online sign-up ends Thursday, April 18 at 12:30 PM. After then, payments can only be made in person by cash or check. 

Vendor set-up begins at 5:00 AM and ends at 6:30 AM on Saturday, April 20. We will close the vendor area to vehicles at 6:45 AM. The Yard Sale will begin at 7:00 AM and end at 11:00 AM. Please contact The Grounds for more information or if you have any questions. If you are selling Paparazzi, Scentsy, or anything with similar selling restrictions, please give us a call Monday-Friday, 9 AM-4:30 PM at 251-344-4573 or send us an email at info@thegroundsmobile.com. We are no longer accepting any Mary Kay, Scentsy, or Paparazzi vendors per their vendor guidelines. We are no longer taking food vendors as of Monday, April 15.
